Requirements for boiler water

Different requirements are put forward according to the pressure and temperature of the boiler, which requires high hardness and is easy to generate scale; Dissolved oxygen will cause equipment corrosion; Grease will produce foam and promote fouling; Free CO2, pH, salt content, alkalinity, Cl -, SiO2, etc. are related to scaling, corrosion, foam, etc.

 Industrial boiler: steam is used as heat source or general power, most of which are medium and low pressure boilers, with low requirements for water quality;

 Power station boiler: the steam turbine is driven by steam, and most of them are high pressure or ultra-high pressure. At the same time, the problems of deposition, scaling and corrosion of steam on the steam turbine should be considered, and the requirements for water quality are very strict.
